As 2020 marks the year dedicated to Nurses and Midwifes worlwide, and as the latest health crisis has affected the lives of most, if not all, people around the globe, there is undoutley need for reflection and comteplation. Nurses worldwide had reveiled tremendous courage and heroism. As reflective practitioners there is need to shed light upon the professional paths we followed, to evaluate our areas of strenght and weakenesses, to assess our professional image in which we have evolved, personally and collectively. To reconsider the basics of theory, in the times of working within the highest skilled clinical enviromnent. In which ways we had fulfilled our personal and professional goals? Have we reached the dream? Have we arrived to the height?
